Since 2001, T5 has been a family-owned and operated company. We are a Christian family, applying Biblical principles to our business. From how we treat our employees to being honest in dealing with clients, our beliefs shape how we operate. TREY TAYLOR
As CEO of T5 Construction, Trey Taylor champions a strategic vision for sustainable growth rooted in our core principles. With a robust background spanning over two decades in the construction industry, he has amassed invaluable experience across diverse construction roles. Trey finds fulfillment in his role as a husband to Taryn and a dedicated father to their four children: Kinleigh, Audrey, Evelyn, and Liam.
COO
CHASE TAYLOR
As the COO of T5, Chase brings forth a wealth of leadership and extensive industry experience, ensuring the safe, efficient, and precise execution of projects. With a seasoned background spanning across Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, Chase's oversite guarantees a comprehensive understanding and adept handling of diverse project environments. Chase shares a blessed life with his wife, Abby, and their three daughters: Charlee, Georgia, and Billy.
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
RIAL TAYLOR
A true entrepreneur, Rial started with a full-service Texaco station at the age of 21, then to a tire store, which led to a boring machine and has culminated with T5 Construction. With a passion for hard work, Rial has built T5 into what it is today, a capable, dependable mass grading/earthwork company.

Rial is married to Cindy and has 6 children, all of whom work at T5 in some capacity. His favorite title, Papa Rial, was given to him by his grandchildren. If you want to strike up a conversation, ask him about big game hound hunting!
